St James & St. John is a Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School providing education for children aged between 3 and 11 years. Our Early Years Unit consists of a Nursery Class and a Reception Class teaching children from 3 to 5 years of age. In the Main School we teach Year 1 to Year 6 children until admission into a secondary school.

School Tours for Prospective Parents
We are always happy to welcome visits from prospective parents who are interested in applying for a space in our school.
Our school tours take place at least every two weeks on Thursday mornings with our Headteacher, Mr Mark Hewitt. It’s an opportunity to look around the school and ask any questions you may have. The tours start at 9:30am and last about an hour.
