Before and after school childcare for working parents

Before-school childcare from 8.00am

We run a before-school Breakfast Club which is open to all children from Reception up to Year 6 and starts at 8:00am. The cost is £3 per day. Children receive a healthy and filling breakfast and are in school ready to start the school day on time. Breakfast Club is run by our school staff.

Children must arrive to Breakfast Club by 8.20am to give them enough time to eat their breakfast and be ready to start the day.

Please contact the school office if you would like your child to join breakfast club:

Payment is made through the School Comms service.

After-school childcare until 6.00pm

This is provided on-site by Junior Adventure Group (JAG).

Please contact them directly through their website to book:

Junior Adventure Group (JAG), who provide the after-school childcare 'Stay and Play club', have let us know that due to regulations around staffing for Nursery age children, the pick-up time for children in Nursery will be 5.30pm. They are in the process of recruiting staff to enable them to extend to 6.00pm, and we will let you know if this can be extended.
We are very fortunate to have childcare provision for Nursery children. This is not available in most school nurseries.

Parents eligible for Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare will be able to use the support to help pay for wraparound care.

Tax-Free Childcare could save eligible parents up to £2,000 per year for children aged up to 11, or £4,000 per year for children aged up to 17 with disabilities.

Universal Credit Childcare could save eligible parents up to 85% of their childcare costs for children aged up to 16.

To check if you are eligible for Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare, visit the Childcare Choices website.
