A Local Advisory Board (LAB) has been established for each school in the Go Shine CE Federation of schools, which includes elected parents and staff as well as appointments from the Parochial Church Council (PCC) within the school’s church parish, including the incumbent clergy.  The LAB is a stakeholder voice group and provides a mechanism for engagement with pupils, staff, parents, and the local church / PCC to ensure that there is an awareness of the specific context of each school and the views of each stakeholder group at each school. 

LAB members are not governors and so do not have legal responsibilities but support the Governing Body to carry out their responsibilities to the school.
